About Us

Dr Mariana Ostrerova is the founder, owner, and medical director of
Mara Aesthetics Mallorca. After completing her specialist training in Cologne – where she most recently held the position of senior consultant in plastic, aesthetic, and hand surgery – she realised her vision of a modern clinic for plastic and aesthetic surgery in Mallorca in 2023.

Combining surgical precision with a refined sense of aesthetics and a deep understanding of the individual, Dr Ostrerova stands for natural, harmonious results. Her specialisations include facial and breast surgery, body contouring, and minimally invasive treatments.

Fluent in German, English, Spanish, and Russian, she meets every patient with empathy, calmness, and a clear philosophy: beauty should not transform, but enhance what is already there.

She is a member of the DGPRÄC (German Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons), the Society of Plastic Surgeons (SECPRE), the ISAPS, and the Aesthetic Society (USA).

Nadine has spent many years working in surgery. After qualifying as a medical assistant, she gained extensive experience in orthopaedic, trauma, and plastic surgery across various clinics.

With dedication, teamwork, and expertise, she ensures that every operation runs smoothly – and that our patients always feel in the best hands.

Alina brings more than twelve years of experience in intensive care and anaesthesia – and it shows. Having lived on Mallorca for several years, she combines her medical expertise with her passion for aesthetic medicine.

Her calm, compassionate manner and professional confidence ensure that every patient feels safe and well cared for throughout their treatment.

Amanda is the welcoming face at reception – always ready with a smile and a listening ear for our guests and patients. With many years of experience in hospitality, most recently as a Front Office Manager, she brings organisation, linguistic flair, and warmth to our daily practice.

Whether on the phone, scheduling appointments, or in person, Amanda ensures that everyone feels instantly welcome.

Iara brings Brazilian warmth, expertise, and positivity to our team. Specialised in Brazilian lymphatic drainage, she provides attentive, caring postoperative support to our patients.

With her keen eye for aesthetics, skilled cosmetic treatments, and infectious good mood, she helps everyone feel not only comfortable – but truly beautiful.
